ORDER

This Court, by an order dated 17.3.2016 in W.P.No.9926 of 2016, directed the respondent herein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 8.3.2016, conduct enquiry, give an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and other necessary parties, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ including the family members of the petitioner and

thereafter, pass appropriate orders and dispose of the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Alleging that the said representation was not considered within the specified time, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as per the direction of this Court, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 8.3.2016, patta was granted in favour of the petitioner and the same was also received by the petitioner. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion, nothing survives in this contempt petition and hence, the contempt petition is closed.
