This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 30.08.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18796 of 2019.

2.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with and in this regard the Government issued a order in G.O.(2D).No.117, Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR.2(ii)) Department, dated 10.08.2022.
