ORDER

The petitioners have filed this Review Application to review the order dated 27.06.2013 passed in W.P.No.26996 of 2003.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first respondent management has filed the above writ petition seeking to set aside the order passed by second respondent in reinstating the petitioner in service with continuity of service and backwages, wherein the said writ petition was dismissed vide order dated 27.06.2013. Challenging the same, the petitioner / workman has filed the above review application questioning the superannuation of the petitioner.

3. Though the petitioner has come up with this review petition as against the order dated 27.06.2013 passed in W.P.No.26996 of 2003, there is no patent error on the face of records. Moreso, the review application can be entertained only on the ground of error apparent on the face of records or clerical error.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the second respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Hence, this Court is of the view that, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present review petition cannot be acceded to and accordingly, this Review Petition stands dismissed.
