ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 15.06.2016 in accordance with law.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the representation of the petitioner was rejected by an order in RC.No.88/DC/MVM/PG/2016 dated 01.09.2016 by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Madavaram Range, Chennai.

3. In view of the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the same, the writ petition is closed.
