This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 29.06.2015 filed by the petitioner and investigate the matter.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that a petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.386 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.386 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
