2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, submitted that the prayer sought for in both these writ petitions has become infructuous, since the petitioners have been granted pension and other benefits and the arrears have also been disbursed.
3. Recording the said submission, both the writ petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
