O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police to any other competent agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19277 of 2023, dated 31.08.2023 has been complied with and the investigation was monitored by the Deputy Commissioner of Police and the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act, Chengalpattu on 16.02.2024. 3.Considering the nature of grievance that has been expressed by the petitioner who is shown to be the victim girl in this case, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to file a petition seeking for further investigation based on the same grounds that have been raised in this petition. On such filing, the learned Special Judge shall examine the petitioner and satisfy as to whether the grievance expressed by the petitioner requires any further 2/4

enquiry/investigation and take a decision in accordance with law. This direction will sufficiently take care of the grievance expressed by the petitioner.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
