ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to withdraw the above C.C.No.171 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Udumalpet and transfer to Judicial Magistrate-II, Pollachi and tried along with the C.C. No.919 of 2011 of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Pollachi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is seen that this case is of the year 2011 and no progress seems to have been made. If this case is transferred to another Court, it will only further delay the trial of the case. Under such circumstances, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial in C.C. No.171 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Udumalpet, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and send a report to this Court.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
