C.M.P.No.6544 of 2021 in AS.SR.No.27326 of 2021 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., This petition has been filed to discharge the petitioner/appellant's father Narendran from the guardianship and declare the petitioner/appellant herein as major and to proceed the first appeal in AS.SR.No.27326 of 2021.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the petitioner was born on 05.10.1998 and the respondents 1 to 4 had filed a suit in O.S.No.89 of 2013, in the year 2013, when the petitioner was aged about 13 years. It is further stated that her father Mr.Narendran was appointed as a guardian to prosecute the case and now since the petitioner has attained majority, she filed the present petition to discharge the petitioner/appellant's father Narendran from the guardianship and declare the petitioner/appellant herein as major and to proceed the first appeal in AS.SR.No.27326 of 2021.
