This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed by the defacto complainant aggrieved by the lesser punishment awarded to the accused persons by the Sessions Judge, Pollachi, in S.C.No.95/2009, dated 09.12.2010.

2. While, this Criminal Revision Petition was pending, the accused persons who were aggrieved by the order of conviction and sentence passed in S.C.No.95/2009, filed appeals in Crl.A.No.1/2011 and Crl.A.No.2/2011. The Sessions Court by an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

order dated 29.04.2017 has allowed the Appeals filed by the accused persons and has set aside the order of conviction and sentence passed by the Trial Court.

3. In view of this development, this Criminal Revision Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
