ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for alleged offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.101 of 2020, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
The case of the prosecution is that on 04.03.2020, when the defacto complainant along with his family members returning from the ear piercing function of his sister's son, the petitioners-accused waylaid them and abused him with filthy language and also attacked the son of the defacto complainant with stick who intervened them.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in a family dispute among the relatives, the petitioners have been falsely implicated.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners and the defacto complainant are relatives. The alleged occurrence took place due to a family dispute between them.

Having regard to the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner and more particularly, the fact that the petitioners and the defacto complainant are relatives to each other, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, Thiruvarur District, on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for interrogation as and when required.
