ORDER

It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the order of this court dated 03.10.2013 in WP No.26238 of 2013 has been complied with, by issuing G.O. (Ms) No.142 Municipal Administration and Water Supply (T.P.1) Department, dated 23.09.2015.

2. In view of the above, no further order is necessary. Hence, this contempt petition is closed. However, three months time is granted to pay the amount as per the said G.O., dated 23.09.2015.
