(Order of the Court was made by M.Sathyanarayanan.,J.) The impugned order came to be passed only on 24.02.2021 and challenging the same, the present Appeal is filed.

2. The petitioner claims that he is aged about 61 years and prays for early hearing of the matter.

3. In the light of the above facts and circumstances, the Registry is directed to expedite the final hearing of this matter and list it for hearing on 13.07.2021.
