This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 123 days in filing the above C.M.A.

2. Though, notice was served on the sole respondent on 25.07.2023, none had entered appearance on his behalf before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to number the C.M.A. and if it is otherwise in order list the same in due course.
