Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the seniority list of Junior Assistants/ Rural Welfare Officer Grade 2/Cashier/Typist issued in Na.Ka.No.3922/2012/K2, dated 03.05.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent and the order in Na.Ka.No.34267/2012/K2, dated 27.12.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's temporary service rom 09.07.2003 to 02.06.2009 as Junior Assistant, Office of Block Development Officer, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri District as Government service; place the petitioner in the appropriate seniority, declare the petitioner's probation and grant all service, monetary and other benefits, including pensionary benefits that accrue therefrom.

The instant writ petition is filed for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the seniority list of Junior Assistants/Rural Welfare Officer Grade 2 / Cashier / Typist issued in Na.Ka.No.3922/2012/K2, dated 03.05.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent and the order in Na.Ka.No.34267/2012/K2, dated 27.12.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner's temporary service from 09.07.2003 to 02.06.2009 as Junior Assistant, Office of Block Development Officer, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri District as Government service; place the petitioner in the appropriate seniority, declare the petitioner's probation and grant all service, monetary and other benefits, including pensionary benefits that accrue therefrom.
2. The writ petition was listed for hearing on 22.10.2019. None appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, the case was directed to be listed on 23.10.2019 under the caption "For Dismissal".
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 23.10.2019, in the first round as well as in the second round, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No Costs.
