ORDER
The revision petitioner herein is the wife of the respondent, who is now stated to be suffering from certain serious health issues. She requires a direction from this court to the IV Additional Family Court, to dispose of her petition for dissolution of marriage, which is now pending adjudication in O.P. No.4624 of 2019.
2. The learned counsel would inform the court that, besides the aforesaid OP, 1/4
the revision petitioner has also laid a suit in O.S. No.35 of 2020 for a decree of injunction from against the forcible dispossession. She would further argue that both the matters have been consolidated for a joint trial and the matters are pending for a joint trial. She prayed that given the health issues the revision petitioner faces, she needs an early disposal of her cases.
3. This court now directs the IV Additional Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P. No.4624 of 2019 along with the suit, within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
4. The learned counsel would now make a supplementary prayer orally and would require a further direction that the cases may be taken up in the afternoon session. She submits that the petitioner, due to her health condition, may not be able to sit through the entire day and added that most part of the forenoon session is consumed in the calling work.
5. The supplementary prayer deserves consideration by the trial court. After all courts as adjudicatory forums cannot dismiss the human element in its adjudicatory process and should try to make the judicial process as people friendly as possible. The revision petitioner may approach the trial court on 2/4
the supplementary prayer, since it also involves certain convenience or inconvenience that may visit the respondent. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of. However, there is no order as to costs. 05.04.2022 Asr To The IV Additional Family Court, Chennai Note to office:
