Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the report and affidavit filed in support of this application, Court is inclined to take report on record and permits the Official liquidator's office to settle a sum of Rs.11,000/- from the common pool fund account to the learned Advocate Mr.S.Gopalakrishnan for the services rendered by him to the office of the Official Liquidator.
