Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 4th Respondent in Letter No.19692/Admin (1)/Tho.voo./Ma.Po.Ka/2017 dated 25.10.2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to publish the Eligibility Conditions for the Trade Unions to participate the 13th Wage Revision Committee.

When this Court raised the point that the Writ Petition is filed by one V.Thalapathi, in his personal capacity and no relief can be granted. In respect of willing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner has chosen to withdraw the present writ petition.

2.Accordingly, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition, and the same stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
