ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondents for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 20.11.2013 made in Crl.O.P.No.28871 of 2013, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that final report has been filed in this matter on 25.02.2015. The said statement is recorded.

3. The unconditional apology tendered by the 2nd respondent/contemnor is accepted.

4. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
