This petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Principal District Judge, Salem to accept the surrender of the petitioner herein and consider the Bail petition concerned in SPL.SC.No.14 of 020 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Salem on the same day. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.
