The prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous since when the Writ Petition was pending, the petitioner was admitted in the Government Stanley Medical College and Hospital on 02.03.2025, owing to right Inguinal Hernia and was discharged on 04.03.205. As such, no effective orders can be passed in this petition.
