C.M.P.No.8387 of 2023 in C.M.A.SR.No.32678 of 2023 N.MALA,J, This petition is filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.32678 of 2023.

2. Though notice was served on the 1st respondent, none appears before this Court.

3. Ms.Rathna Thara, learned counsel appears for the 2nd respondent and she fairly submits that she has no serious objection to the delay of 31 days being condoned.

4. In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, the delay of 31 days is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission and print the name of Ms.Rathna Thara, as the counsel for the 2nd respondent at the time of admission.
