ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation within a stipulated time frame and to file the final report in Crime.No.927 of 2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.927 of 2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 26.12.2018 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperambathur. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
