The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 750 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent and to implead the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in C.R.P(NPD)No.2870 of 2016.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Post the case on 09.06.2022.
