2. Today also no representation made for the appellant at the time of calling work. Hence, the matter has been passed over and taken up at 2.25 p.m. At this time also neither the appellant nor his counsel present.

3. It is seen from the records that the learned counsel for the respondent filed a memo stating that the sole respondent died on 14.05.2001. In that memo notice was also given to the counsel for the appellant on 09.07.2001 itself. But so far, the appellant has not taken steps to bring LR's of the respondent.
