Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records connected with the detention order in No.54/BCDFGISSSV/2021 dated 22.02.2021 on the file of the respondent no.2 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner one named Suresh, son of Palani, aged about 28 years, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal -II, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in proceedings No.54/BCDFGISSSV/2021 dated 22.02.2021, detaining him as "Goonda" under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.1695, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 15.04.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
