Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 praying to relax the conditions imposed on them in Crl.O.P.No.27086 of 2025 on 03.10.2025 that the petitioner/accused shall report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate on every Monday to Friday at 10.30 a.m. and appear before respondent police at 10.30 a.m. every Saturday and Sunday until further orders.

seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27086 of 2025 dated 03.10.2025 in Crime No.183 of 2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27086 of 2025 vide order dated 03.10.2025 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
