This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal to pass an Award.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.

3. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, to pass an Award is extended upto December 2024.

4. In the meanwhile, it is open for the respondents to arrive at a settlement with the applicant.
