This petition has been filed to condone the delay in re-presenting the appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant Mr.D.Baskaran, stated that the first respondent/claimant has already filed an appeal against the award passed in MCOP.No.1524 of 2017. He further stated that since there was a mistake in drafting the decree, the matter got delayed.

3. In the light of the above submissions, the delay is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
