ORDER
(The order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J. ) Today, when the matter is taken up, the detenuMs.E.Anitha was produced by the police and we enquired her. She told that he had gone with the third respondent and she has not been detained illegally by anybody. She has further stated that she is eight months pregnant now and she wants to go with her mother, namely, the petitioner herein. The said statement is recorded.

2. In view of the above, we find that there is no illegal custody of the detenue by anybody. Since the detenue, now wants to go with the petitioner, she is set at liberty.
