ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is submitted by the petitioner that though the petitioner challenged the sale notice issued by the respondent secured creditor, the sale may not have been completed.

2. The petitioner says that if any further measures are taken by the secured creditor under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Interest Act, 2002, the writ petitioner will carry the grievance to the appropriate Debts Recovery Tribunal.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, W.P.No.6738 of 2020 is disposed of without any order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.8005 of 2020 is closed.
