Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.K.Prasath, learned Counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the earlier Order dated November 13, 2024 passed by this Court in CRP.No.763 of 2023 has been complied with by the revision petitioner and he has also filed a Memo dated December 04, 2024. 1/3

In view of the above submission made by the learned Counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed by setting aside the Order dated November 30, 2022 in I.A.No.230 of 2022 in O.S.No. 209 of 2021. 3.

Considering the age of the Suit, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the Suit in O.S.No. 209 of 2021 as earlly as possible. Both parties are directed to cooperate with the Trial for expeditious disposal of the Original Suit. Consequently, connected CMP.No.5907 of 2023 is closed. No costs. 06.12.2024 Index :
