ORDER

This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to afford police protection to the petitioner to enter his property situate in Survey No.137/2B1, 237/2B1B8 and 137/2B, Velakkalnatham, Natrampalli TK, Thirupathur District and to protect him from the atrocities of the 2nd respondent, who is obstructing the development of office proposed to be constructed by the 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent. Perused the materials available on record. 3.

The petitioner obtained decree in O.S.No.224 of 1996. As per the final decree, he was given possession of the subject property in the execution proceedings. Even then the 2nd respondent is objecting the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint, seeking adequate police protection with the 1st respondent.

4. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl. Side) appearing for the 1st respondent submits that on receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
