NO. 827 ANNA SALAI, CHENNAI 600002, Vs BHARATHI AIRTEL LIMITED [ RESPONDENT IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] OCEANIC TOWER, 101 SANTHOME HIGH ROAD, SANTHOME, CHENNAI-600028 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to stay the Judgment and decree of the Learned Single Judge dt. 01.12.2020 and that the Respondent not be allowed to file any recovery proceedings pursuant to the same in CMP.NO.6340 OF 2021 AND;
(II)To stay the Judgment and Decree of the Learned Single Judge dt. 01.12.2020 and that the Respondent not be allowed to file any recovery proceedings pursuant to the same in CMP.NO.6341 OF 2021 Respectively.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner deposits 50% of the amount decreed to the credit of C.S.No.901 of 2005 on the file of this Court, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such deposit, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the said amount, without prejudice to the contentions in the writ appeal.
