Repondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for records of the impugned order of NEET-PG (MD / MS / DNB) Counselling 2024 Information Bulletin and Counselling Scheme published by the 2nd Respondent / Medical counselling committee and to quash the same as for the barring the petitioner to participate in the stray round for the failure of publication of results of 3rd Round counselling by 4th respondent and consequentially direct the 4th Respondent to permit and facilitate the petitioner to participate to be considered for all available seats in the stray round to register the choice of the petitioner as per his entitlement and pass such further or other orders.
