ORDER
Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner and in turn, the second respondent should enter her name in the TSLR and issue a fresh copy, based on the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2016 and the first respondent's memorandum in Na.Ka.No.13362/2016/A1 dated 02.05.2017 addressed to the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the representation dated 19.08.2016 given by the petitioner, the respondents have not passed any order so far.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties.
5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
