ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking bail, in connection with S.C.No. 2 of 2018 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, The Nigiris.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in respect of S.C.No. 2 of 2018. The petitioner has been arrayed as A1. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Section 120B, 148, 449, 324, 342, 458, 395 r/w 397, 302, 396, 397 IPC. Though the petitioner was originally granted bail, the same was cancelled by the Sessions Court. It is stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that order of cancellation of bail has been confirmed by this Court also. The learned Public Prosecutor would also submit that they have examined 30 more witnesses and the Trial is in advanced stage. I do not see any reason to grant bail at this juncture. Hence, this petition is dismissed for the present. 15.04.2020 kkn 2/4
