ORDER

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 141 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.I.Abrar MD.Abdullah, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a period of two (2) weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
