Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to direct the first respondent to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 27.10.2014, on the file of the first respondent in C.S.R.No.241 of 2014.

O R D E R

On the complaint given by one Catharine Mary, FIR has already been registered in Cr.No.349 of 2014, on the file of Bagayam Police Station, Vellore District, against the petitioner and others for offence under Sections 417, 420 and 506 (ii) IPC. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave complaint on 27.10.2014, against abovesaid Catharine Mary, and the Police, without conducting any investigation, registered case against the petitioner, on the basis of the complaint given by Catharine Mary, on 30.10.2014.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already given complaint on 27.10.2014, the respondent/Police is directed to register case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 27.10.2014 and investigate the case on the complaints given by petitioner as well as Catharine Mary, and depending on the dissolved investigation, take further action in accordance with law.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
