ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) In continuation of the order of the Co-ordinate Bench dated 17.11.2023 passed in HCP.No.2227 of 2023, the detenue has been produced before us.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submitted that the detenue who is aged about 19 years, had got married to the fourth respondent on 29.09.2023 and she is also pregnant.

3. Incidentally, the fourth respondent is aged about 20 years. Since both the detenue, as well as the fourth respondent are major and have taken conscious decision to live with each other, we are unable to consider the

prayer sought for in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Since no effective orders can be passed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition, the same stands closed.
