ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce the petitioner's minor daughter P.Durgadevi, aged about 14 years, before this Court from the custody of the third respondent and to handover her to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Today, Mr.A.Mangani, Grade I Police Constable, Veerapandi Police Station, Tiruppur District is present. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenue Durgadevi was secured by the police in connection with Veerapandi Police Station Crime No.51 of 2020 on 28.09.2020 and was produced before the Child Welfare Committee, Tiruppur and on the orders of the Child Welfare Committee, Tiruppur, the detenue was handed over to the petitioner.

4.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed.
