CRIME NO.547 OF 2020 (SC.NO.136/20) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Honble Court order dated 08.12.2020 passed in Crl.O.P.No.18904 of 2020 that the petitioner shall report before the Respondent XXII Additional Judge, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.SARANRAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to appear before the learned XVI Additional District Sessions Judge, Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18904 of 2020, dated 08.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18904 of 2020, dated 08.12.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
