PRAYER:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in connection with the impugned orders passed by him in C.No.H1/26353/2013 DO No.712/2013 dated 04.10.2013 and quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits within a reasonable time.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. he has also submitted a letter to the Registry dated 30.10.2021 to withdraw this writ petition.

2. In view of the letter submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
