ORDER

The petitioner/plaintiff filed this civil revision petition seeking speedy disposal of the suit in O.S.No.1049 of 2022 pending on the file of the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore. Page No.1 of 4

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed suit for recovery of possession in O.S.No.905 of 2020 against the respondents before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore and the said suit transferred to the file of the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore and renumbered as O.S.No.1049 of 2022 and now the suit is at the stage of issues. The 1st respondent herein filed suit in O.S.No.14 of 2021 arraying the petitioner herein as 3rd defendant which is pending before the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore. The 2nd respondent herein filed suit against the petitioner in O.S.No.99 of 2020 before the learned District Munsif, Sulur and the same was transferred to the file of the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore and renumbered as O.S.No.712 of 2022.

All the three suits are interconnected and pending before the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore at the stage of issues. He further submitted that the suit in O.S.No.1049 of 2022 initially filed in the year 2020 and the same is kept pending without any progress. Hence, prays for direction to complete the suit.

3.Since the prayer sought for by the petitioner is limited, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and finding that the suit is pending from the year 2020, this Court directs the learned III Additional District Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1049 of 2022 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.In the result, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
