.. Respondents / Referring Authority This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. Mr.P.Settu, learned counsel for the appellant is present. No representation for the respondents.

ORDER

Appellant and his counsel are present. Eventhough the respondents 1 and 2 officials of the Revenue Department are printed in the today's cause list, they are not present. Even in the previous hearing date i.e. on 18.02.2020 respondents 1 and 2 officials were not present eventhen the appellant was present. This is an appeal preferred by the appellant /

claimant for enhancement of the award amount passed by the Tribunal in LAOP.NO.75 of 2014 dated 27.11.2017. The learned counsel for the appellant requests to permit in not pressing / dismissing the appeal and made an endorsement to dismiss / not press the appeal as withdrawn and requests to refund in full court fees. This is an appeal preferred by the appellant / claimant for enhancement and in the abovesaid circumstances for not pressing / dismissing the appeal, the presence of respondents 1 and 2 officials are not necessary and there is no legal impedement in withdrawing the appeal as not pressed as requested by the appellant.

2. After recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this appeal is not pressed / dismissed as withdrawn.

3. The full Court fee paid shall be refunded to the appellant in the manner provided under Section 69-A of the Tamil Nadu Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1955 and the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994 and there shall be no demand for additional Court fee.
