Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.4242 of 2022 dated 21.02.2022.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Recording the same, the conditions that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
