ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein when called for enquiry by the respondent police, he had not appeared for the investigation and has come before this Court seeking anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that the other accused person, by name Yogeshwaren was granted anticipatory bail with a condition that he should participate for enquiry proceedings, but in spite of that, he along with the petitioner have refused to participate in the investigation.

4. Considering the opposition expressed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appears to be valid, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
