R.S.No.192 and GLRS No.388 measuring an extent of 3332 sq.ft.

The prayer sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondent to process and sanction the building plan for the petitioner's land based on the petitioner's application dated 08.10.2014.

petitioner, the matter was adjourned. Subsequently, when it is listed on 19.07.2021 none appeared for the petitioner and hence, it was posted today i.e. 22.07.2021, under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
