Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the representations of the 2nd petitioner dated 14.08.2023, 18.10.2023 and 29.12.2023 and consequently issue patta in respect of land admeasuring 7.68 acres or 31079.86 sq.meters consisting of Kutcha house thereon situated in Alapakkam Village in Survey No.88 and within the time limits of Chingleput, Kanchipuram District and Chingleput Registration District in the name of petitioners.

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. It is the case of the 2nd petitioner that she became the owner of the property pursuant to the will executed in her favour on 07.05.2009 and no objection is also given by the petitioners 1, 3 & 4 to mutate the revenue record in favour of the 2nd petitioner. In this regard, the second petitioner has given representations dated 14.08.2023, 18.10.2023 and 29.12.2023, which are pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the second 2/4
petitioner's representations will be considered and orders will be passed within a reasonable time fixed by this Court.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 to 4 are directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 14.08.2023, 18.10.2023 and 29.12.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the fifth respondent and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
