Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioners seek for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant pattas to the petitioners' respective houses situated at ward No.53, Rayar Nagar, Sidhapudur, Avaramplayam, Coimbatore by considering their individual representation dated 14.01.2019.
3. Heard both sides.
4. The grievance of the petitioners before this Court is that the respondents has not considered the representation of the petitioners so far.
5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners, as it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, only by directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 14.01.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
